The Team

At Busick Insulated Glass, our greatest strength isn’t the machinery, the tools, or even the decades of experience — it’s the people. Nearly 30 of them. Behind every pane of glass is a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Steve has always believed that greatness is built by great teams — and Busick is proof of that.
In the front office, our staff keeps every detail organized and moving, ensuring information flows clearly from desk to production.
On the production floor, our fabrication crew brings skill and craftsmanship to each order. They work together to meet timelines and maintain the quality Busick is known for.
Our delivery and loading crews complete the process, making sure each order arrives safely and on time. They embody the same reliability that defines the entire shop.
Together, these nearly 30 individuals form something exceptional — a team that works hard, supports one another, and gets the job done.

Mike and Steve
Keeping Busick running: one idea, one solution, and one tall brother at a time.
Meet the bookends of the Busick brothers — Steve (the oldest) and Mike (the youngest), born eleven years apart and separated by three brothers in between. They even share a birthday.
Steve Busick, the founder of Busick Insulated Glass, started the company in 1989 with only four employees and a level of determination that probably comes from once being an NFL linebacker. He can still “tackle like it’s 1983,” but these days he’s tackling production strategies and supply chains. Steve is the kind of leader people stay for — steady and present every day, leading with integrity, consistency, and humility. He’s the first to give credit where it is due, and he motivates people by treating them with respect and dignity, every single day.
He’s a proud dad to Bree and Brody and an even prouder grandpa to a set of twins.
Mike Busick, the production manager, brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to the team. Before moving into management, he spent many years working as a glazier in California, where he honed his skills and developed a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. Mike comes from a family that instilled strong work ethic values — the kind that emphasize showing up, doing your best, and treating people right. He leads the shop with an open mind, always encouraging teamwork and making sure everyone feels valued.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted husband and proud father of two grown sons. The dedication he shows in his family life is the same commitment he brings to his role every day at Busick.
Together, Steve and Mike are a perfect pair — vision and hands-on know-how — both keeping Busick Insulated Glass true to its core values.

Linda

Melissa
Linda and Melissa
Some families pass down heirlooms — the Bralish-Verdugo family passes down the unparalleled ability to keep Busick running.
For more than 25 years, Linda Bralish, the general manager, has been the engine behind Busick Insulated Glass. She is known across Colorado for her skilled customer service, loyalty to long-time clients, meticulousness, and her ability to solve potential problems before they arise.
Linda oversees the flow of the operation from start to finish — everything from quoting to delivery protocols. She understands the interconnectivity of every moving part — a skill earned through decades of experience, intuition, and attention to detail.
Today, Busick has become a second home to her family — her husband Walt, daughter Melissa, son Walter, and grandson Matthew all work at Busick.
Melissa Verdugo, the office manager, is the first voice many customers hear, and the person they rely on when something needs to be solved quickly and correctly. At the office, she keeps the front office connected to the factory floor, ensuring every detail is captured, communicated, and completed with precision.
She handles everything from order entry to human resources. Melissa is known for her calm under pressure, her sharp troubleshooting skills, and her level-headed perspective. If an order needs to be corrected or clarified, she catches it. If a customer needs a solution, she finds one.
Outside of work, you can find Melissa on a reformer — or being the proud mom of her three grown children.

Mike
Mike Tibbitts
A familiar face in Colorado glass.
If you’ve worked in Colorado glass long enough, you know the name Mike Tibbitts, Busick’s longtime salesperson. In 1989, Mike worked for another glass company and sold Busick its very first cases of glass.
From the start, Mike stood out for his deep knowledge of glass and the way he shows up for people. He’s genuine and caring, and those qualities made people want to work with him. In those early days, when the company was still finding its footing, Mike already had strong relationships across the industry — and he helped bring in the first customers who shaped Busick’s future.
Mike isn’t just part of the team; he’s part of the company’s origin story.
